The premises have 236 m2, plus a back room of 140 m2 for events that require municipal permits.

   It consists of several independent rooms. On the one hand, for activities such as, private classes, viewing of audiovisual association modules of the English course and subtitled films. On the other hand, for the performance of homework, advance of lessons and pedagogical activities, for accompanied children. And in the inner part it has a room of Japanese capsules for the individualized study.

   One of the rooms with windows that overlook the walkway, has vending machines for coffee, refreshments and foods prepared in the kitchen of the center itself, not irradiated and without preservatives.

   Given that, the premises meet the requirements of habitability of the municipal regulations, the Japanese capsules, equipped with individualized air circuits, allow overnight stays of displaced students. For this, the premises has 3 bathrooms with shower.
